Parakletos Post-Rehab is available to discharged patients who want to continue exercising under our supervision.

Please see FORMS for the information your prescribing physician will need to approve your post-rehab program. Your first visit is by appointment, when we will review your goals and establish a work-out with instruction. You can exercise during our normal business hours, and we will be available for questions and program progression.
